Do I need to be a registered provider?
What are the benefits to the club?
School Holiday Cover is a simple way to help ensure your sites operate at full capacity. You remain in control of the prices and availability at all times, so you have the freedom to use the system as much or as little as you like. It's a good way to introduce local parents to you.
How does it work?
There are a few simple steps:

Fill in your details taking extra care to ensure they are accurate

Once your status has been verified you will receive a confirmation email

Your club page is taken live and you're ready to accept bookings.
What happens if I receive a booking and the club is full?
If you can't accommodate the request, please call or email to let us know as soon as possible. We'll inform the parent and explore other options with them.
How will I know when I receive a booking request?
You will be alerted to a booking request via an email. The email will contain full details about the child(ren). Click on a link in the email to confirm you can take the booking (or not).
On your first booking we will call you to talk you through the process and answer any questions that you may have.
We also advise that you include your mobile number on your registration form so that you can be alerted to bookings via a text message.
How can I log in to my profile?
Once you have registered you are able to go back into your profile to make amendments. To do this you will need to login to our admin website (only after first being contacted by a member of our team, who will provide you with the details).
Please be aware that you will not be able to log on to your profile via the main website.
How do I get paid?
Payment is made within the first 10 working days of the month following care. On the first of each month we will pay you, minus the 10% commission that we take on each booking.
You are in control of your prices - our commission is added on top of the rates you set.
How much notice will I get?
Parents can book for the same day, or up to three months in advance once you've added your new holiday dates. We will always contact you first by phone or by email to see if you have space on the days requested. Only you can confirm a booking.
